Order by Phone
To order by phone, please call Customer Service at LaMotte Company at 1-800-344-3100, Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). Press 1 to speak to Customer Service, and request an order for code 8132.
Cost and Shipping
The cost for each individual kit is USD $13.00 plus USD $7.45 for shipping and handling via Priority Mail to any location in the US. For orders of 10 or more kits, the shipping and handling is USD $1.50 per kit via UPS surface transportation.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted for all orders. Please note that your credit card will be charged by LaMotte Company, the company that is handling the processing and shipment of your order. Schools and government agencies may use purchase orders for payment but must order by phone.
Note: The last day to order for delivery within the U.S. by December 31 is December 11.
